Curious why CBD isn’t working for you? Or maybe you’re just skeptical about CBD benefits and want to learn how to maximize results. Either way, you’re in the right place!
At Harmonic Woman CBD, we’re passionate about providing transparent, honest answers to help everyone make an informed decision. Test it, try it, ask questions, and embrace the possibilities.
Here are a few questions and tips to buy CBD that really works:
Is it pure? Verify third-party lab tests.
The CBD market isn’t regulated, which puts you at risk. Do your research!
Some CBD scams are dangerous – like bottling fake, contaminated, or watered-down CBD oil; others are just intentionally misleading – like confusing customers by suggesting that hemp seed oil or hemp extract contain any CBD (they don’t).
Reputable CBD companies will always post transparent third-party lab tests that verify exactly what’s inside. View Harmonic Woman CBD’s lab reports here.
Is it elite quality? Avoid industrial hemp.
Not all hemp plants are the same, and a lot of factors impact the quality of your CBD drops long before it’s bottled. You’ll feel the best results from organic hemp that is specially grown without any harsh fertilizers or chemicals that could break down the ‘good stuff’.
Also, gentle extraction is key. Just like harsh fertilizers, toxic solvents can contaminate CBD isolates and strip beneficial compounds from your supplements. Say no to alcohol, butane, propane, and ethanol.
If possible, look for CBD softgels that are made from phytocannabinoid-rich (PCR) hemp. Harmonic Woman’s PCR hemp has more cannabinoids and terpenes than basic, industrial seeds. This level of quality is rare! It’s bred specifically for elite producers like Harmonic, one of Oregon’s Elite Eight growers.
Is it being absorbed? Check bioavailability.
Even if your CBD capsules are formulated with the correct dosage, you might not be absorbing it. Every molecule must survive digestion and pass through the cell wall to deliver real benefits. How will it get there?
The lowest quality hemp is typically micro-emulsified, which results in an 80% CBD loss. Nano-emulsion has a 50% absorption rate, which used to be considered pretty good. But Harmonic dreamed of something better.
Harmonic Woman CBD developed and patented new water-bonded technology to produce CBD that is completely indistinguishable from water. Now every drop makes a difference, and nothing is discarded during transfer because it’s 100% bioavailable for 100% absorption.
Is your CBD dosage correct? Try micro-dosing.
CBD isn’t a magic pill, and it won’t start working automatically.
How does CBD work? In truth, we’re not entirely sure, but researchers have a hunch. The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is extremely complex, and human trials have been pretty limited since it was first discovered in 1988.
Scientists are still finding new receptors in the body and isolating more phytocannabinoids in hemp, too. Cannabidiol (CBD) is just one of more than 120 cannabinoids that have been isolated and extracted. Everyone responds to these natural chemical compounds in a slightly different way!
The human body is full of cannabinoid receptors that scientists believe help maintain (or correct) homeostasis. That might explain why CBD has been shown to help regulate sleep patterns, balance mood disorders, alleviate anxiety, resolve pain, and reduce inflammation.
If your dose is too low or infrequent, you might not notice any benefits at all. Microdosing is one of the best ways to keep track of your CBD supplements and maintain a consistent, healthy level of cannabinoids in your system.
Harmonic CBD created The Kit – a daily CBD regimen to help women to RISE, SUSTAIN, and REST in perfect rhythm.
Are you expecting too much? Be mindful.
Unlike THC and CHILL delta-8, CBD is non-psychoactive, so it will not alter your mind or make you feel a euphoric high. In many cases, CBD users notice that the benefits relate more to what’s missing: less pain, less anxiety, less fatigue, and fewer sleepless nights.
Research suggests that lower doses of full-spectrum CBD will work better than higher doses of pure CBD isolate; it’s called ‘the entourage effect.’ Terpenes, flavonoids, and traces of other cannabinoids (like CBG, CBN, and THCv) build off one another to boost the benefits.
Every micro-dose softgel can give you the creative boost and pain-free energy you need to pursue healthier changes in other areas of your life, too. Enjoy ‘the entourage effect’ in everything!
